Details |
As a NAPA AUTO PARTS Store Manager, you have the opportunity to manage all operational and sales aspects of a store for a fast paced leader in the automotive parts industry.
Primary responsibilities include:
-Manage all store operations to improve market penetration, provide excellent customer service, and generate increased return on investment
-Monitor store sales and profit performance on a daily basis
-Work with existing and new customers to generate revenue opportunity for the store and execute the plan to take advantage of the opportunities
-Work independently and prioritize tasks
-Manage and protect company assets, including controlling store expenses
-Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times
-Must maintain a clean store appearance, as well as an organized front sales and warehouse areas
This position requires working every Saturday from 8AM-12PM. Store is closed Sunday's. Store is a single person operation.
We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:
-MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, preferably in the automotive retail area
-Strong communication skills, work ethic, excellent customer service and leadership skills
-Proven record of high performance and sales growth
-Experience in Heavy Duty Truck Parts are a plus
-High school diploma required, post-secondary education in business related fields preferred
